EVENT RESERVATIONS
This event reservation form will open on Wednesday, January 14th at 8:00AM. Please check back at that time.
- Stall Reservations open on Wednesday January 14th, 2026, at 8:00am MST and will close on February 4th or while supply last.
- Houston rider deposits and stall fees due by Wednesday February 4th, 2026, or while inventory lasts.
- A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is required to participate in the event.
- Visit our website to purchase.
- Stalls are $80 each (pre-bedded) and must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. All horses must have a stall.
- A $20 Grounds Fee is required for each participant. All participants will receive 2 parking passes and 4 exhibitor badges.
- Contestants are encouraged to share a tack stall with friends and family as all tack and feed must be kept out of the aisle way.
- Stall Move In begins March 7th at 4:00pm & Move Out begins March 10th 7:00pm
- Current Health (CVI) and Coggins required for ALL horses
