• Stall Reservations open on Wednesday January 14th, 2026, at 8:00am MST and will close on February 4th or while supply last.
• Houston rider deposits and stall fees due by Wednesday February 4th, 2026, or while inventory lasts.
• A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is required to participate in the event.

• Stalls are $80 each (pre-bedded) and must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. All horses must have a stall.
• A $20 Grounds Fee is required for each participant. All participants will receive 2 parking passes and 4 exhibitor badges.
