10-day stall rate
- $200/stall: Units A & B, Cattle Barns 3–4
- $225/stall: Moncrief Barn, Richardson Bass, Burnett
- $40/stall nightly (2-night minimum, Unit B only)
- Early arrival: $40/stall/night
Assignments & availability
- April 1–8: members who had stalls last year can reserve and pay for the same stalls
- April 13–16: open to Platinum members
- April 22: general stall reservations open

RV reservations

10-day RV rate
- Red Lot, $800: full hookup (50 amp, water, sewer, electric), behind the outdoor pavilion sorting pens
- Yellow Lot, $750: full hookup (50 amp, water, sewer, electric), across from Dickies Arena
- Swine Barn, $775: full hookup (50 amp, water, sewer, electric)
- Dry camping is available: call the office to confirm availability

- April 29–May 4: open to Platinum members
- May 6: open to all contestants
